Q. Does MMASTOP ship Worldwide?
A. Yes, MMASTOP ships to all countries with the exception of Ghana & Malaysia
Q. How can I track my order once I have made a purchase?
A. For domestic orders, simply check the email address that you have provided to MMASTOP within 24-48 hours of your order and you will receive a tracking number from the United States Postal Service on our behalf that be can be tracked at www.usps.com.  For International orders, USPS INTL Priority does not provide tracking info on orders, however for USPS INTL Express tracking can be received from MMASTOP upon request.
Q. How long after I place my order does MMASTOP ship it?
A. Monday thru Friday MMASTOP ships all orders that come in through the web before 3pm CST the SAME DAY. All orders that are placed on weekends are shipped out promptly on Monday.
Q. What is MMASTOP's return policy?
A. MMASTOP will accept all goods that are returned within 14 days of receipt and are in like new (tags attached) condition. This does not include all items on "Special" or discounted items. Before any goods are sent back, please contact MMASTOP to be guided through the proper procedure.
Q. Are all MMASTOP's products official?
A. Yes. MMASTOP only deals with licensed manufacturers of MMA goods to ensure the highest of quality to all of our valued customers.
Q. Can I use multiple coupon codes on the same order?
A. No. All coupon codes are not valid with any other offers, therefore MMASTOP only allows one coupon code per order.
Q. What are the store hours of your retail store?
A. We are open Monday - Friday from 10AM to 8PM & on the weekends we are open 10AM - 6PM on Saturday and from 10AM to 5PM on Sunday. We are closed on all major holidays.
Q. Do I have to place my order through the website?
A. Although orders placed through our website ship more promptly, MMASTOP customers do have the option to call in their order if they are shipping to the same address that the credit card has on file for their billing address. This is for USA orders only. Just call us at 630-317-7592 during the hours of 10AM - 4PM CST and we can get your order placed.
